MENUS: EARLY BIRD - LUNCH - DINNER - WINE LIST

Sautéed Shrimp Scampi... Shrimp sautéed in garlic and butter. Served over pasta nests.
Roasted Prime Rib of Beef… 8oz Served with au jus.
Southern Fried Shrimp… Hand breaded. Served with cocktail or tartar sauce.
Fred's Incredible Meatloaf... A secret recipe that evolved over the second half of the 20th century. Sauces by request.
Seafood Crepes... Shrimp, scallops, and fish stuffed crepes topped with Hollandaise sauce.
Fried Seafood Combo... Fried shrimp, tender scallops and Tilapia. Served with tartar sauce and cocktail sauce.
Sea Scallops... Broiled or house breaded & fried.
Stuffed Tilapia… Crabmeat stuffed Tilapia is baked and served with a lemon Beurre Blanc sauce.
Chicken Spin and Arty… Char-grilled chicken breast, sautéed spinach and artichokes, served on a bed of orzo drizzled with Hollandaise.
Turkey Pot Pie… House made from scratch.
Fresh Catch... Mahi Mahi, Tilapia or Salmon. Served with choice of sauces/butters: Dill sauce, sauce Florentine, Hollandaise, Béarnaise, lemon butter sauce or herb butter.

Early Bird Menu entrees are served with fresh bread, your choice of side salad, cup of Soup of the Day or salad bar for $3.29 and your choice of one side dish (except dishes served with pasta or rice): vegetable du jour, red skin mashed potatoes, house fried potatoes, potatoes Dolphinaise, sweet plantains, or black beans with yellow rice. Ice cream, sherbet, strawberry sorbet or carrot cake and coffee.
